Steven was awesome. Very professional and friendly. The company who originally installed my garage door wanted to charge me $500 to fix a dent. Steven had it fixed the same day he came to look at it as well as replacing the sensors for nowhere near the $500 I was quoted by the other company. He took his time and didn’t leave until he knew everything was working properly. He even had one of his workers bring us a part the same day. It took him no longer than ten minutes to get to my home with it. Thank you for being so efficient and honest with your costs. It’s very much appreciated.

I contacted Garage Door Pros and within 2 days Seth and Steve were on site going over the issues we were having with our (2) garage doors. They diagnosed the issues and devised a plan. At 8am the next morning they had a crew here, repairing the door back to its glory days. Another great service was the texts stating that the service crew was en route and when to expect them. Great company, fair price and very knowledgeable staff.

Steven came out promptly and fixed our problems. He also negotiated a longer warranty with the garage door opener to have them send a new circuit board for our older opener. I'm very happy with their promptness and service at a very reasonable price. This is the company to call!!!

Seth, Steven and Gabby did the install of my new garage door. They were incredibly efficient. Steven was stellar in his knowledge of how to install. Seth helped Gabby with some of the more intricate install features. Overall it was a great experience. Steven helped me decide which garage door to select and also that I only needed the door and spring rather than the whole setup. He saved me money and was totally honest. These are the best people I have ever worked with for a repair. Honest, efficient, knowledgeable and fun.

My 82 year-old-sister called A-1 Garage Doors to fix her garage door. She had to wait a little but was very pleased when they came and fixed her door and then came back and replaced the door with a new one. She doesn't have a computer but wanted me to send a review. She said she was treated with respect and care and feels like you did a great job for her. Thank you for taking care of my sister and I will certainly recommend your company to others.
