Seth answered two questions I had in less than a minute. Allowed me to share my thoughts on a 16‘ x 8‘ tall garage door service repair he was hired to do.
The Rental agency I am contracted with requested Garage Door Pros to service/repair/trouble shoot what was the cause. Pretty simple job. Seth diagnosed a number of existing issues and corrected them.
My honest opinion. Seth saved the owner of this Property a lot of money on a garage door that eventually, would have been fully compromised.

The spring broke on our garage door so we needed someone to come as soon as possible & they were able to schedule us the next day. Superior customer service! Received an immediate email confirmation of the appt. received a text message with a photo of the repairman (also the owner!) and another confirmation of time he would arrive. The springs were replaced in less than hour and again, received a text message as soon as the work was completed.
