Their website, <bighandbrownconstructiongaragedoors.com> and <bighandsbrownconstruction.com> (now closed), has been central to this dubious practice. The owner of the company, Collin Brown has now changed the website’s name from “Big Hands Brown Handyman & Garage Door” to “Big Hands Brown Garage Door Supply” to “Unique Garage Door Supply” in what appears to be an attempt at disguising itself as several different businesses. If you look at the URL below, you can see that the domain name is inconsistent with the name displayed on the website, which is now “Unique Garage Door Supply.”

What’s the goal of this constant name-shifting? It appears to be an attempt to confuse customers and steal business from local, trustworthy garage door companies like ours. I’m pretty sure the old website wasn’t cheap, so for them to throw it away raises some pretty big red flags, in my opinion.

The Rental agency I am contracted with requested Garage Door Pros to service/repair/trouble shoot what was the cause. Pretty simple job. Seth diagnosed a number of existing issues and corrected them.
My honest opinion. Seth saved the owner of this Property a lot of money on a garage door that eventually, would have been fully compromised.
